How crypto payment works at Travala
Choose a hotel, flight or other product, enter traveller details, and select Crypto as the payment method. Send the exact amount to the address or QR code shown, then click 'Payment sent'. A confirmation email follows once the voucher or e-ticket is ready.

Good to know before you pay
- Refunds for bookings paid in crypto are issued only as Travala travel credits because of price volatility. Payments made with Binance Pay or Crypto.com Pay are exceptions.
- Travala may require compliance checks (e.g. identity or source-of-funds verification) before processing payments or refunds.
- Travala uses BitGo Singapore as custodian for assets in the Travala Wallet.
- Its own AVA token can be used to book and to take part in the AVA Smart Program for rewards.
