Yes. REI cards are sold on Bitrefill, which accepts Bitcoin on-chain and over Lightning, plus Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USDT and USDC. Choose an amount, pay with the coin you hold, and the code is emailed to you once the payment confirms.

Fixed amounts of $20, $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $350, $400, $450 and $500 are available. Any amount between $15 and $500 can also be chosen at checkout.
